Sales Tax
will be charged on all sales subject to Minnesota sales tax laws. (If
you have a tax exempt number, please email fred@fredradde.com
with your online bidding number and tax exempt number.) You will be charged
sales tax as required by the State of Minnesota (where applicable) if we
do not have a current TAX EXEMPT NUMBER on file.
We are capable and
willing to provide you with the online auction service. The online auction
was developed to provide the seller with another option to profitably liquidate
all types of personal property assets. These auctions can be held at the
seller's premises which will eliminate the costs of moving to another location.
If necessary the items can be moved to the FWR Auction Center.
The online auction will also provide
interested buyers a more convenient and time saving way to bid. |

BIDDING
What it
is...
With the exception
of Internet only auctions, our Internet bidding is essentially an absentee
bidding system for our live auctions.
How it works...
You enter
your bid and your maximum bid for each item on which you wish to bid.
When it
closes...
The Internet
bidding closes shortly before the live auction begins.
How your
bids are implemented...
If the live
crowd does not initiate bidding, we begin the bidding at the winning bid
and bid for you against the crowd up to your maximum bid.
How ties
are addressed...
The tie bid
will go to the live bidder.
What to
do if you bid on this site and come to the auction...
If an Internet
bidder attends the auction, his Internet bid will stand and we will still
bid for him. However, while we will stop at his maximum bid, he may choose
to continue bidding beyond that point.
What to
do if pictures and descriptions do not match...
If there is
a discrepancy between an item's description and its picture, bids must
be placed and will stand based on the description.
What having
the top bid at close means...
Having the
winning Internet bid before the auction does not guarantee that you will
win the item if it sells for that price. We try to implement Internet bids
effectively, but we can make no absolute guarantees. |
